2. Account Registration

- Your account is strictly personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to any third party.

- Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements
The minimum age to use the bee9 platform is 18. Gaming by minors is strictly prohibited — any violation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.
- Bee9 cannot be accessed from countries where online betting is prohibited by law.
- Bee9 may request identity documents at any time to verify a user's age.
- Bee9 employees are not permitted to place bets on the platform.

4. Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except where a "Cash Out" option is available.
- Bee9 reserves the right to void bets in the event of technical errors or incorrectly published odds.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally refunded.
- Odds in live betting change constantly — they are not final until your bet is confirmed.
Maximum & Minimum Bet:
- Minimum bet: ৳10 (ten taka).

- Bet limits may differ for individual jackpots or special events.
Result Determination:
- Bet outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant sports governing body.
- In any dispute over results, bee9's decision shall be considered final.
- Winnings are typically credited to your account within 24 hours of the result being confirmed.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
Bee9 supports Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods. All payment transactions are protected with SSL encryption.
Deposit:
- Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit: ৳50,000 per day.
- Instant deposits are available via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
- No extra charges on deposits — though your mobile banking provider's own fees may apply.
- If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact support.
Withdrawal:
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 per day.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- For KYC-verified accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes.
- In cases of suspicious activity, bee9 may request additional information to verify a withdrawal.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The payment method and account name must match.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
Bee9 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before opting in.
General Bonus Terms:
- The welcome bonus is available to each user once only — attempting to claim it through multiple accounts is prohibited.
- To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of typically 10x–30x must be met.
- Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Once expired, they are automatically forfeited.
- Winnings from free bets are subject to specific conditions before they can be converted to cash.
- Bee9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If promotional abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bee9 platform. Violations will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
- Match fixing or any other form of fraudulent betting activity.
- Exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Placing bets using automated bots or software.
- Using bee9 to process money laundering or illegal funds.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on the bee9 platform.
⚠️ If suspicious activity is detected, bee9 will immediately suspend the account and notify law enforcement if necessary.
9. Account Closure
Users may close their account at any time. bee9 also reserves the right to close accounts under certain circumstances.
- If an account is closed at the user's request, any remaining balance will be refunded (excluding bonuses).
- If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the remaining balance may be forfeited.
- Self-exclusion is available as part of our responsible gaming commitment. Accounts can be deactivated for a minimum of 6 months or permanently.
10. Limitation of Liability
